By accessing and using AniTales, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use AniTales. All users and characters must be 18 years or older. Users found to be under 18 will have their accounts immediately terminated. No exceptions.

3. Account and Authentication

Creating an account is optional. If you choose to create an account:

  • You must provide accurate and current information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • You can request deletion of your account at any time

4. Data Storage and User Responsibility

Local Storage (Default):

Your stories and conversation history are stored locally in your browser only. If you clear your browser data, your content will be lost permanently. AniTales is not responsible for any data loss. It is your responsibility to download and backup any content you wish to keep.

Server Storage (Shared Content):

When you choose to publish novels publicly, they are stored on our servers and become publicly accessible. You understand that published content may be viewed, downloaded, or shared by others.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content generated using AniTales, including AI-generated stories, whether public or private.

5. AI Content Disclaimer

AniTales uses AI models to generate fictional content. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, offensive, or inappropriate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or safety of AI outputs. By using AniTales, you acknowledge that AI-generated content is user-directed and agree to take full responsibility for its use and sharing.

6. Content Ownership and License

You retain full ownership of any content you create using AniTales. You are free to use your content for any purpose, including commercial use. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. When you publish content publicly, you grant other users the right to view and read your published novels.

7. Public Sharing and Published Content

When you choose to publish novels publicly:

  • Your novels become publicly accessible to all users
  • Published content is stored on our servers
  • You remain responsible for the content you share
  • Published content must comply with all terms and policies

8. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form
  • Content involving minors in sexual or inappropriate situations
  • Real-world hate speech promoting violence or discrimination
  • Bestiality or animal abuse content
  • Content that violates local, state, or federal laws
  • Content that promotes illegal activities
  • Harassment, doxxing, or targeted abuse of real individuals

9. Content Moderation and Enforcement

We use automated filters and AI moderation tools to detect prohibited or harmful content. However, these systems are not perfect.

We reserve the right to:

  • Review and moderate published content
  • Remove content that violates these terms
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
  • Report illegal content to authorities when required
  • Take any action necessary to maintain service integrity

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

AniTales is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about service availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. You use AniTales at your own risk. AniTales, its owners, and operators are not liable for any damages, losses, or legal issues arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, account termination, or legal consequences of your content or actions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AniTales, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal issues arising from your use of the service, your content, or violation of these terms.

12. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without notice. We may also terminate user accounts for violations of these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to shared content may be revoked.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of AniTales constitutes acceptance of any changes.
