Anitales.chat is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using our platform, you confirm and represent that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under the required age. All characters created, depicted, or interacted with on our platform must also be 18 years of age or older in both stated age and appearance.

Our platform permits users to create and interact with visual novel content, including material that may contain adult themes. Users have control over content exposure through customizable settings that determine the level of explicit content visible.

Despite these controls, the visual nature of our platform means that certain content limitations exist. All content must comply with our Community Guidelines, which prohibit:

• Content depicting or suggesting minors in sexual situations
• Promotion of real-world hate speech, violence, or discrimination
• Depictions of non-consensual sexual content
• Animal abuse, bestiality, or related content
• Content that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly breach these terms.

As a user of Anitales.chat, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use of the platform complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines
• Any content you create, share, or interact with
• Ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload or create
• Using the platform in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others

You retain ownership of any content you create on Anitales.chat. However, by uploading or creating content on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our platform.

You must not upload or create content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.

We reserve the right to remove any content that allegedly infringes on the rights of others, without prior notice.

We may collect and store user novel logs and interaction data for the purposes of training models, improving our platform features, and enhancing user experience. This data will not be linked to individual users unless:

• You explicitly provide personal identifying information within your content
• Required by law or legal process
• Necessary to investigate potential violations of our terms

Anitales.chat is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content
• Any information entered by users into their novels or platform interactions

We specifically disclaim any liability for content created by users or any consequences that may result from your use of the platform.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anitales.chat, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the platform; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to all or part of the platform, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
